It’s a small community of condos but one of the only new condo developments within walking distance to downtown Scottsdale.  Sage is set on the canal just off of Chaparral,  which is a location hard to beat.  You can step out your door and have a nice walk or bike ride down the canal to downtown Scottsdale.

I believe the builders went above and beyond construction requirements when creating this community.  Floorplans at Sage range in size between 1491 square feet for a condo, to 2158 square feet for the larger townhomes. High end appliances and finishes are in every unit.
